Hi Tolmaxx, you can always see your channels in My Internet TV on the right hand side of the site (except when on the forums). You can also see what other people are watching by clicking on their profile name, for instance, here is the link to your profile - http://forums.findinternettv.com/members/Tolmaxx.aspx
